The Friends Of Malawi (FOM) is a registered nonprofit organization. FOM has three primary purposes. First, it seeks to initiate and implement programs, activities, and publications related to Malawi for the benefit of FOM's members. Second, FOM supports projects and organizations in Malawi in the fields of education, health/human services, agriculture, environment, small business development, and others as appropriate. And third, FOM promotes cultural and commercial relations between the people of Malawi and the United States . FOM will cooperate, as appropriate, with other agencies or organizations in the United States and other countries to achieve these goals.
